SMRNA leadership is composed of a Board of Directors (from whom are elected by the association membership) and Activity Leaders. The Architectural Control Committee is elected by SMR property owners.

Nextdoor allows communities to easily create private websites to facilitate communication among neighbors and build stronger neighborhoods. Nextdoor was created based on the idea that the neighborhood is one of the most important and useful communities in a person’s life. Nextdoor’s mission is to use technology to help neighbors build stronger and safer neighborhoods. A Sandia Mountain Ranch neighborhood has already been created on Nextdoor and all SMR Neighbors are encouraged to join.
