About<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a><\/h3>\r\n

The Sandia Mountain Ranch (SMR) neighborhood is located in the East Mountain Area of far Eastern Bernalillo County, about one mile South of old Highway 66 and West of NM 217 (click here for directions and maps to the SMR neighborhood<\/a><\/em>). The SMR neighborhood is composed of 118 properties, ranging in size from 2-9 acres (a few lots have been combined to create bigger properties). The restrictive covenants list the requirements for developing all the property within Sandia Mountain Ranch (click here to access the available SMR and SMRNA documents<\/em><\/a>).<\/p>\r\n

The purpose of this web site is to provide a focal point for all the relevant information regarding the Sandia Mountain Ranch (SMR) and its Neighborhood Association (SMRNA). The various tabs across the top and the special links on the right provide a treasure trove of information.<\/p>\r\n

We hope that as you explore the SMRNA web site, you will discover who we are and what our neighborhood has to offer.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Take exit 181 on Interstate 40 and turn East onto New Mexico (NM) 333 (aka Old Route 66).\u00a0 Go East on NM 333 (Old Route 66) to the intersection of Mountain Valley Road, NM 333 and NM 217.\u00a0 Turn South on NM 217 and go about 1 mile South to Sandia Mountain Ranch Drive.<\/p>\r\n

Join<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a><\/h3>\r\n

We invite you to join our Neighborhood Association. Membership is completely voluntary, but encouraged.<\/p>\r\n

Membership dues that we receive are used to help beautify and increase the safety of our community. Other projects have included our new entrance signs, and landscaping. Our social committee also puts together some neighborhood
gatherings that we hope you will attend (whether or not you decide to join). It is
with our combined efforts we make Sandia Mountain Ranch a great place to live.<\/p>\r\n

Our dues also<\/em> go to support our web site, which the Webmaster is continually
updating to make it a useful tool for our neighborhood.<\/p>\r\n

The current annual dues are $50.00 and are collected at our annual meeting in May.\u00a0 For your first year, you may prorate your dues based on the quarter that you move in.
(May-Jul: $50.00, Aug-Oct: $37.50, Nov-Jan: $25.00, Feb-Apr: $12.50)<\/p>\r\n
