The SMR neighborhood is composed of 118 properties, ranging in size from 2-9 acres (a few lots have been combined to create bigger properties). The restrictive covenants list the requirements for developing all the property within Sandia Mountain Ranch (<a href=\"http:\/\/smrna.me\/index.php\/documents\/\"><em>click here to access the available SMR and SMRNA documents<\/em><\/a>).<\/p>\r\n<p>The purpose of this web site is to provide a focal point for all the relevant information regarding the Sandia Mountain Ranch (SMR) and its Neighborhood Association (SMRNA). Membership is completely voluntary, but encouraged.<\/p>\r\n<p>Membership dues that we receive are used to help beautify and increase the safety of our community. Other projects have included our new entrance signs, and landscaping. Our social committee also puts together some neighborhood<br \/>gatherings that we hope you will attend (whether or not you decide to join).
