The Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is completely separate from the Sandia Mountain Ranch Neighborhood Association (SMRNA). All residents of SMR can be members of the SMRNA, however only elected home owners can be members of the ACC. By design, their is NO common management between the SMRNA and the ACC. SMRNA provides no financial backing to the ACC. The only “association” is that, as a convenience to the residents of SMR, the SMRNA provides web resources to the ACC.
The ACC is composed of members who are elected from homeowners of SMR and must be living within SMR as their primary residence. The ACC was established by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for each of the four Phases of Sandia Mountain Ranch Unit 2 (Phases 1, 2, 4 & 5) as attached to each property in SMR and filed with the County of Bernalillo. Links to copies of the CC&Rs for each Phase, and searchable transcripts for each Phase, including any amendments, may be found below. The transcripts are believed to be an accurate representation of the originals, however, any discrepancies will be resolved in favor of the original scanned copies. If you do find any errors in the transcripts, please inform the ACC Secretary.
